R-Soft Hungary Kft., as the Operator, manages the information provided voluntarily by customers during the order process.
Data processing may be initiated with the voluntary consent of the customers, based on the information contained in these terms and conditions, when ordering on the website. The data management covers only the data provided to the Operator at the time of ordering and the consent of the Buyer to such processing as stated above.
The order is voluntary.
When ordering, we will ask the buyer for tax number, company name, billing address, mailing address and name as primary identification data, last name, first name, telephone number and email address as contact information and bank account number as ordering information.
This email address will not be shared with third parties without our prior consent. The Buyer agrees that the Operator can send newsletter, information, announcements, advertisements to his e-mail address given in the order, and to include his e-mail address in his database. We do not send spam.
Unless required by law, the Operator undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's email address or any information voluntarily provided to third parties. Upon request sent in email by the customer, the Operator shall delete the customer's data from its database.
When viewing operator content pages, the IP address of the viewers' device, the time of visit, and in some cases, the device of the viewer and the type of operating system are recorded. This information is automatically logged. The Operator does not link the data in the log file to any other personal data.
